Kimberley Hayes
Founder and President
Kimberley Hayes is an expert in sales, marketing and distribution for a variety of industries, and she has deep relationships that she can leverage to support her clients. She has successfully introduced emergent product lines, promoted corporate and brand identity, developed client relations, and utilized her dynamic leadership skills for highly technical companies such as Boeing, Honeywell and General Electric.
She has been a Global Business Development Manager for industry leaders in the Nondestructive Testing (NDT) market across all five primary methods (MT, PT, UT, ET, RT) and has been responsible for cultivating strategic and tactical initiatives supporting oil and gas market research and new product development. Her efforts deliver acquisitions activities, owner/operator collaborations, and application-specific solutions where she fosters increasing asset reliability in the marketplace.
With more than 25 years in aerospace compliant materials and processing, a Six Sigma Greenbelt and Level II training in MT, PT and ET, she continues to provide technology-based solutions for her customers. Kimberley manages the development and implementation of the business and sales and is integral in vision and strategic implementation.
Kimberley meets real-world customer needs while pressing innovation in current and future requirements through the digital transformation and UAS/robotics initiatives in the inspection arena. She possesses decades of nondestructive testing experience in MT, PT, UT, PAUT, and ET and a commitment to obtain firsthand insights from onshore rigs in the US, turnarounds in Canada, and various plants and refineries in many countries.
Her career began in 1997 with W. R. Grace in Atlanta, Georgia, supplying the aerospace segmentation, providing specification-approved cleaning chemicals assisting conversions in solvent substitution initiatives. She was transferred to Los Angeles to manage the West Coast division with primary attention to the 5,100-gallon cleaning system at Boeing in Long Beach, California. The systems approach to material process came in as an asset after the 2001 acquisition of the product line by Magnaflux where she continued as the West Coast Regional Sales Manager for cleaning chemicals, liquid penetrant and magnetic particle.
Kimberley graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minor in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems. In 2001, she graduated with a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University.
